(Visitor's inspiring quotation on life):
We all fall! Sometimes we land on our feet, other times friends catch us and sometimes we aren't so lucky - but that's when we get a chance to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and keep on moving.

The act of giving shouldn't be because we have enough but because it's the reason why we exist. The most important things that add value to our being (even life itself) were freely given to us. We didn't and couldn't negotiate for them.

Today, I hit my back against the dresser by accident and it really hurt, but then this thought came to me. ..
Pain is just a signal. Inquiry can be real, but in most cases you're just fine. But, there is still pain. And there must be to reverse the signal, or stop it. I know... Ignore it. Instead, of crying, thinking, and worrying about it, act as if it never happened. Tell your brain, "I'm ok, this pain is just a warning to be careful... "Brain, ignore it.", and maybe, it'll work.
How do you think the Buddhist monks slept with a thin robe on top of a snow, freezing cold mountain, while others; ordinary people were dressed like they were on the moon? Because (in my theory) they simply ignored it, by meditating, etc..
Similar was it with the Catholic martyrs. They simply believed that Jesus would comfort them, and in some cases they had zero pain, and that's when they were eaten by lions, tigers, or killed in some other terrible way.
If your pain is not severe. Ignore it. Distract yourself with something better.
But, hey.. I could be wrong.
